Matthew E. Tice

President and Lead Designer

Matthew has over 15 years experience as a graphic design professional. From production work/pre-press to web design to sign making and comic-book coloring, he’s done a little bit of everything. His experience includes: Web Master and Production Assistant for the publisher Pinnacle Entertainment Group; Art Director for the Internet Graphics Team at the online retailer AnotherUniverse.com / Fandom.com; Print/Web Designer for United Communications Group; Web Designer for the City of Rockville, MD and Print Designer for Verizon.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in The Fine Arts (drawing, painting and sculpture triple major) from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the Rutherford Visual Arts Guild and continues to paint and display his works whenever possible. He lives on a small farm in Gilkey, North Carolina with his wife Rachel, a large animal veterinarian, and two sons, Gregory and Gabriel. Matthew has run ARCHON Creative Design since its inception in November of 2006.

  • Designed Yellow Pages ads and custom materials for Verizon
  • Other duties included working with sales team on high-profile marketing projects and coordinating photo shoots
