Cancellations and Substitutions:
Transfers/substitutions are permitted at any time. However, for administrative purposes, please notify the Conference Registrar at 301-287-2684 as soon as changes are made. Cancellations must be received in writing by January 6, 2005 in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a $100 administrative charge.
